Joint/Spine Mobilisation

Our experienced physiotherapists have had extensive training - including Post-Graduate Certification, in techniques to restore normal range of motion to your joints and help with your overall mobility.

Acupuncture

This is the insertion of fine needles into the body at specific points. Acupuncture in the Clinic is mainly used to treat muscle and joint pains, including muscle trigger points.

Massage

Massage can also be considered as Soft Tissue Mobilisation. It is the manual manipulation of soft body tissues (muscles, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments).

Injury Rehabilitation

An integral part of physiotherapeutic treatments is the education of which are the best exercises for you to do at home or in the gym to accelerate your rehabilitation.

Pilates

Pilates is a group of exercises designed to improve and develop physical strength, flexibility and posture and enhance mental awareness.

Arthritis

Arthritis is inflammation within your joints. There are over 100 different types of arthritis affecting your body and joints in a variety of ways. Physiotherapy can greatly benefit those that suffer from arthritis.

Sports Screening

A component of getting through your season is avoiding injury and being at your best physically and mentally. Undergoing a screening test at the start of the season is a very good way to identify any potential problem areas.

Breathing Retraining

Breathing – it is something we do constantly and probably with no thought as to whether we are doing it correctly or not. Poor or inefficient breathing has been linked to many physical and mental problems.

Our location within East Care provides you with quick and convenient access to medical, radiology, and pharmacy services. We have a close working relationship with GP members and visiting Specialists including Orthopaedic and Rheumatology specialists.

East Care provide ample free parking on site to ensure your visit is as stress free as possible.
